This video appears to assume that you have a newer IHD. For people with an old one like me (Pipit 500 model - horrible little white thing) it has a HUB ID in the settings menu, a barcode on the back and a barcode on the bottom! None of these work however, so you have to manually enter the last four digits of the MAC ID printed on the bottom of the unit (I didn't spot this at first).

My one is only about two years old and I could not find anything on the case then a friend told me to look in the battery compartment and there were two barcodes hidden in there, I sent these to Hugo and they sent me a code but ho instructions on where to enter it, the video link was so small and fast it was useless however a 14 year old friend worked out how to enter it and I got into the app but was not impressed with the performance I get more information from the basic app by the makers oh the IHD. Glad I did not pay money for it.
