Aaron just wanted an excuse to play with the trash. He's so disappointed! 😄

I worked at a Buffalo Wild Wings that wanted to charge a buck a shift to the servers, I reported it to the district manager and got that shit shut down before it started. Decided to portion my ranches right outside the office while he was getting chewed out. Worst bit was that 90% of the food was finger food and we still had to give out a roll for each guest rather than as needed. Most of the time it was still rolled when we bussed the table and sent them back to be washed and rerolled.

Poor Aaron was sooo upset at Brad saying it was a wild accusation 😂😂😂😂.

And Nicole is right!!! The amount to therapy servers and bartenders need after working is INSANE!!!

This gave me some awful flashbacks that I had repressed. At one place I worked, all you would have to do was accuse someone of maybe throwing away a fork by accident to have all the managers pulling you aside for interrogation.
I didn’t bring home a lot of silverware myself but…let’s just say I have a lot of fancy ramekins for sauces that I didn’t buy lol

I think I remember the episode where Brad told Aaron to take stuff so...Aaron, you've got witnesses bro!

Night shift used to hide silverware in the walk-in 😂 then the day servers would complain about night shift not rolling, so day shift stopped rolling. It was a vicious cycle 😂😂

Omigosh I just remembered how I got my toaster oven tongs!
I was at a restaurant ago and the ice tongs looked like weird, three-toed bird legs (coz birds' legs aren't straight like tongs), as if Edward Gorey had designed them. Just cheap die punched metal, but still pretty cool, the claws curved like they're holding an invisible ball or marble.
I was so charmed by the weird little gothic horror tongs, I asked the waitress which supplier they got them from.

I think I must have made her day, coz she said "keep them!"
"What? No! I don't want to get you in trouble!"

Lol, she came back with a pair from the cutlery stand, wrapped in a paper serviette, and placed the bundle in my lap surreptitiously, with a conspiratorial "shhh!"

I still have them, how could I have forgotten they have an origin story? 😂💖

I love how all the characters all feel like completely different people. I forget I’m watching one guy play all the characters. Nicole is the realest of them all!

Funny story from my restaurant job in high school:
I was a junior, and a couple of senior friends on our school’s speech team, who knew where I worked (a well known, family-owned pizzeria in town) approached me and asked if I was willing to steal a small plate from the restaurant and give it to them. Turns out, the speech team has a very secret annual tradition where all of those who qualify for state meet up, steal a plate from the pizzeria, and then break it into pieces for each of them to keep.

I seriously considered helping them, but since I had just started working there in the last month and didn’t want to risk my job, I politely declined. Plus, I figured that the fun in the tradition was the theft, and that the tradition would be ruined if I did all the work for them.

Last I heard they managed to snag one on their own, and the tradition is still alive today.

Snitches get stitches, Aaron. This is why the kitchen crew gives you a hard time.

A grand a month for silverware???? That's either some fancy stuff or they're throwing away 30+ sets a week, right???
