Go one door over and save the coin on the butter. Buy the Kirkland butter in the green pack. It is pasture raised Irish cream butter. Identical to the gold but cheaper!

Excluding the mayo, I buy the same things either at costco or local farms. I like using coconut oil for a cooking oil as well and Costco has a great price for it 👍

Except for the ramen noodles--uggh-- I get the same items!! PLUS their organic veggies and fruit!! Also, the organic single serve packs of avocado mash and sauerkraut in the large jar in the bin around the corner from the avocado pks.

I was diagnosed with eczema by my g.p.. The medication I was prescribed to treat the "eczema" gave me relief for a few days and would then stop working. I went through this with several doctors for over 20 years. I went to a naturopathic Dr. and when I showed her the painful rash that I had been told was eczema, she said "it looks more like an allergic reaction to me." I had previously been tested by my g.p. for allergies, so she suggested a food sensitivity test, which only required 3 small drops of blood. This test revealed that I am highly sensitive to eggs. I miss eggs, but I don't miss the negative effects they had on me.
