Great tutorial to get the basics down. A few things seems to be missing though:

The use of elements that are part of the main model and remain the same when changing between design options.
When you decided which variation to use, how to chose the definitive design option to move forward with.
The use of the 'primary' marker

good video overall. I am still wondering how this works later into a project (DD/CDs). Specifically I am working on four spec houses which each will need to have two different façade styles. Thinking floor plans will be the main model with the two elevation designs (options) being on their own sheets.
