Strawberry Oatmeal Bars | Simple Breakfast Recipe

-1 cup quick oats
-3/4 cups flour
-2/3 cups brown sugar
-1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 cup butter, melted
-1 tsp cornstarch
-2 tbsp lemon juice
-2 tbsp white sugar

Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes

Everyone should make this it’s so good. It makes your house smell of strawberries. I used wholemeal self raising flour and chopped dark chocolate for the top.
