Bill, check out Central Securities, CET. A cef located in US / NYC, cap gains are paid out to shareholders who then can reinvest back into the fund at a discount. Use that as a model. Like your idea of finding away back into US listing.

Bill Ackman is my ideal but when he is telling everyone to buy in most of his recent interview and this year Domino's down by 29% after his exit surely suspect this man . But bro I am his big fan, his career is golden charm . If I get a chance to meet him 5 min in my life it will be my most best 5 min of my life .

I would still retain a sizeable amount of dry powder. By all means buy some of the dips, but keep a good amount of cash. The fact that bubble stocks like Tesla are still trading at eye watering valuations tells me that this bear market still has some way to go. I will only know that we have reached the bottom when there is total despair in the markets; investors vowing never again to buy technology stocks or touch cryptocurrencies ever again. Still early days...
