My bike is like my psychologist, relieves a huge amount of stress for me.

Awesome short, I couldn't agree more. It's a complete escape, when out riding the rest of the world just doesn't matter, I'm disconnected from it, it's the only true feeling of freedom I find in my life.

also wanna add. As a sufferer from mental illness problems over the past 24-36 months, some of which are very dark. I ride my bike to help me de-stress. I ride my bike to take out my frustrations. I ride my bike to let my mind forget the problems and I ride my bike, because I love it and because when I ride, I am free. Lovely video Cam, you blooming leg end

I discovered cycling as my growing passion when I started to bring my son to kindergarten early this year, it was a mean to commute, for transportation purposes, and to lost weight. But from there, I developed the love for cycling, this is the most out going activity an introvert like me can do for hours without feeling drained, but energised, and was able to lost 12+kg in 1 year.

I ride a Decathlon Triban RC120, not a fancy bike, don't have the lightest frame nor Shimano groups (Microshift instead) but I love every minutes on it, I am one with myself every time I bring the bike out, trying to go faster every time little by little. I race my own race, with my own pace.

Cycling gave me something to look forward to and kept me sane during covid. While everything seemed to be on hold during lockdown I knew I could just get on my bike and go for a ride. I called it moving mindfulness.

Being on the bike gives me a simple focus of just cycling. Taking my mind off the fast pace of life. Being in the middle of nowhere and amongst the mountains of Wales is just perfect! Awsome video!

Hell yeah. My favorite video was the “cycle from random location in France” video. Let’s see that kind of weird stuff again! Love it.

Love this video and absolutely 💯 with what you've said. The best part of cycling is the adventure, achievement of the ride, say like the buzz of nailing a century. Being in nature, the 'shut up legs' moment on a >20% climb. The moment when stopping to look over the scenery and think, yes, I made it here under my own power.

Same for me as Manu said, nothing better to go out and either just spin with mates or blast a crit race to clear the head of day to day work. Great short vid Cam says a lot. Kudos and keep it spinning🤙🏻

I didn't realise I loved cycling so much until I bought a road bike at 18. I was riding Halford hybrids that were literally £100 for years. Now I'm cycling 4000 miles a year. I don't know why I love it, but I do.
