Featured at the end of each short from Dipper's Guide to the Unexplained was a brief flash of an image. Combined, they form a page that marks the symbol of one of the most sinister secret societies in Gravity Falls. Who is a member and what is their goal? oddness is strangely, mysteriously drawn to this place, from misshapen jelly beans, to gnomes and fairies to dinosaurs, interdimensional tears, clones, crazy ex presidents, even men with six fingers and boys with strange birthmarks. I explained that i felt in my bones that my arrival at this town, and perhaps Dipper's too, was not an accident. that we were part of some greater fate the town had in store for us.

My guess is Stan's twin is a hostage of Bill Cypher. That's why he stares so ominously at the glasses. When he says "finally" he means finally he can bring his brother back.

There are rumours that Grunkle Stanford has a twin brother, Stanley. It would explain alot. You can even see him. In the scene in Dreamscaperers where Stan as a kid learns how to box. On the seats in the background sits a kid that looks identical to him. He wears the same clothes, has the same hair, only his face is hidden behind a book. I have the theory that he's now at the other side of that portal, which is why Stan wanted to open it. And the hidden room from "Carpet diem" is his of course.

Something as mysterious and as secretive as this show will take alot of time to make, not to mention the secrets and codes that they place in there, so it will take alot of time. kid shows like Austin and ally are just like big books of bad jokes and a few drama here and there to keep children watching. GF is a highly complicated 'cartoon' and I'm willing to wait as long as it takes because shows like these are like a diamond in the rough.

Actually it was originally EIGHT MONTHS (at least according to his Reddit AMA) but he talked it down to four. Also, the fact that they are spending about a full year creating the second season really shows how Alex prefers to put quality time in episodes rather than sloppily compile them as soon as possible.

okay i think i understand the code said i was so blind he lied to me the darkness is near the person he talks is stanley brother first of all bill have trick his brother to make a portal of another world and he figure it out so he shut the portal but if he fail and let bill got he wanted he think darkness gonna come thats why darkness is near. this was short version and release after season 1 so they gave us clue who is the author.

text across the bottom translates to "FROM THE FIRST UNTIL THE LAST SEARCH THE", "CODES OF CREDITS PAST ONE MEANS ONE SO SEARCH", and "THEM ALL WELCOME TO GRAVITY FALLS". This is using the three letters back method used to decode many things within the show. Idk how to unscramble the codes, except the last one-but the others are mysteries.

Gravity Falls was on Hiatus in the middle of the season. They wouldn't upload an episode for FOUR MONTHS, but Alex Hirsch talked them down to 2. Be grateful there IS a next season.
