One piece of advise, use List<> listName = new ArrayList<>(); This will allow you to change to a different kind of list later on.

Here directly array list name is used to print.But in arrays it usually prints address.then how did it print array instead of addresses

I have one doubt..if remove method can be used by both values and index..suppose if the array list of int type if I give 5 has value what it would take index or value ???

Hello, as far as I can remember, printing out the ArrayList name will only print its address.

What is the right code to print out the values of the ArrayList?
