I think this is one of the best Father and Son interactions of Larson Farm Vlogs

We bought a rock picker identical to yours brand new. We immediately cut the frame and heavily modified it with a huge blower and now we can run in tilled corn stalk ground and untilled bean ground. We changed the tires to 385-65r22.5 semi tires. Added a rubber mat to the side of the box where the rocks hit so it is much quieter. The box fills with mostly clean rocks and very little trash. It takes a while to fill the hopper and the rock pile isn’t littered with dirt and fodder. We used it today actually. We just wish it was bigger and wider and folded for narrow transport. Also would be nice if it could dump into a taller dump trailer. Ours has a separate hydraulic hose and not a pull rope. We also hard surfaced the rake so it would dig better in untilled dirt. Also added a rubber bushing on the gauge wheel so it wouldn’t bounce so hard. Good luck, it beats picking rocks by hand.

While the bin guys are there maybe they could install chair lifts so Duggo won’t have to climb all those stairs. The best thing about a Larson video is Chet; he always has the greatest disposition, a smile and some jokes, makes the work environment enjoyable no matter the conditions. Someone did an amazing job raising such an incredible young man. I hope he never changes.

We really enjoyed watching Dougo and Chet working on equipment and talking. I’ve run plenty of them old square balers but I’ve never run a rock picker. If we had rocks, I was the picker😅. Cool video. 👍❤️

I work for haybuster we still build those rockpickers. If you need a new one we are building the next run of them some time after the first of the year. You can get your name on the list. It's great you guys had a good and safe harvest season.

I love watching you and your Dad working and laughing together. I wish every family relationship was as good and what yours appears to be. Working with family is hard but you make it look like a party, I am realistic enough to know it’s not alway like this but it’s fun to watch.😊

Dougo, Triple R Equipment was the 3 Ronnevik Brothers, they had an implement dealership in Fergus Falls about 35 years ago...my guess. Their sons are still running the Ronnevik family farm west of Fergus Falls.

That's a cool old piece of Americana which Dougo is mighty proud of. And like someone else mentioned, listening to two generations relive using it together is priceless.
Oh yeah, Happy Thanksgiving

Keep up the great videos guys!!! You are the best father and son team on YouTube. Also, let's not forget about Momma. She keeps Dad on the straight and narrow. Lol!!!!
May you all have a blessed Thanksgiving and I will say a prayer for sweet Nicole and she will be making sure you guys are not doing anything too crazy at the dinner table. Lol!!!
Enjoy the holiday especially what you went through this year. From the loss of Nicole, to the terrible drought, and the destruction of the grain bins.
May God Bless you and your whole family during this unprecedented year. You all hung in their and hope the harvest was somewhat ok.
