The MCU Illuminati - WHAT'S NEXT?

Here are my thoughts on what's next for the MCU Illuminati after Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, including Captain Marvel, Black Bolt and the Inhumans, Professor X and the X-Men, Peggy aka Captain Carter, and Mr. Fantastic and the Fantastic Four!

I’m not entirely convinced they are gonna recast black bolt/Reed, I feel like the went out of their way to introduce them here and from Marvels perspective it would be “too confusing” to have two different versions back to back. Either way great video again Hudson

John Krasinki as Mr Fantastic fancast is a ridiculously overhyped, literally only happened because the comic re design kinda looked like him

Considering how there's doctor stranges in Other Universes that are still played by Benedict Cumberbatch I'd like to think that the 616 universe also has Reed Richards played By John Kransinski and of course Black Bolt by Antson Mount

I think if Disney and Marvel are revamping the X-Men cartoon from the 90s for Disney+, they could do a brand new Fantastic 4 cartoon with John Krasinski and Emily Blunt voicing Reed and Sue, basically saying the 838 variant in MoM is a variant of that one. Little bit like when they had an Avengers and Guardians cartoon happening while the movies were lighting up the box office but now with an all star cast. Or they could play it safe and have Krasinski's Reed show up again in What If.

I'm pretty the 616 universe I'd the main one in the comics while the main universe in the MCU has a different number if I remember correctly).

I notice the alt universe characters are played the same actor. Mordo, Wanda, strange, alts all played by the same actor

My hopes for the characters

Mordo: main timeline version comes back and finally takes out some sorcerers

Captain Marvel: a what if…? episode to show her origin which of course is just her going on the mission instead of Carol but then it would lead to changes

Black Bolt: with the inhumans show being confirmed to only happen in the multiverse then I’d guess they would restart with hopefully the same cast because they wouldn’t be bad with the characters if they had a better script and things to do

Profferer X: never comes back but for a MCU recast where they come from the multiverse

Captain Carter: show where she is in what if…? after we left her with shield and black widow

Mr Fantastic: still played by John and hopefully they will all be played by Emily and Zack and maybe Dwayne or something coming from the quantum realm of course
