2023 03 09 Highlights Lean Coffee with Prashant

A week ago, I hosted a Lean Coffee

And PRASHANT VERMA facilitated the session

About Prashant
- He is an experienced Agile Coach
- A few weeks ago, he seized the opportunity to facilitate with me

So, we met up a few times
And there was no doubt letting him be in the driving seat 💪

Here are some highlights of his involvement preparing:
- He proposed many ideas, and we co-worked to bring them to the session
- He added his own Ice breaker to engage the group
- He designed his own presentation slide
- He improved the structure
- And he wrote his own facilitation guide

It was a wonderful experience to prepare it together with him

In the session

He guided the group through the following subjects:
- How to move your career from Scrum Master to Agile Coach
- Project Plan and how to start the plan
- Different techniques for handling complex teams
- Azure devops board

And the group had the following incredible takeaways:
- How Project vision is important
- Some good techniques to start the sprint and ideas from the different persons
- Discussed Good/real time experiences
- Good points on how to start a project from scratch
- Learning never stops
- Things to learn before transforming as a agile coach
- Collaboration always helps to learn something new! and that is what we did today during this session
- Knowledge about transforming into Agile coach
- How to start a project and how to execute it
- If you are a scrum Master , you are already an agile coach
