Tandoori Chicken 😋

2 lbs chicken thighs
1/2 cup yogurt
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp fenugreek leaves
2 tsp Garam masala
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp seasoning salt (sazon)
4-6 cloves garlic
1 inch of ginger
Optional: food coloring

Use paprika powder/ Kashmiri chili powder for the color, its just for color no spiciness at all, gives off redder color which can be the same color you got here or make it darken by roasting the powder before adding.

I feel like there's something to add to the marinade besides food coloring that could be interesting add color and add a greater depth of flavor. Maybe like a dark red cooking wine, or if that'd throw things off like roasted beet juice with a dash of a dark umami booster to balance it out like worcestershire or a mushroom bouillon

I usually baste them near the end with ghee when their just about to come off the grill. Makes it all Smokey and buttery
