Nothing wrong with transparency but Garland is a total weakling. This report should have been reviewed first.

James Comey comes to mind. Same kind of hit job.

I’m 70 years old and healthier physically and mentally than many people who are 40 or 50. And no lawyer is qualified to judge my mental health

Biden didn'r seem all that offended by the report. All's well that ends well. Be outraged, but it's time to move on. It's time to get Aileen Cannon to stop obstructing and let the law take care of the "alleged" criminal, Donald Trump.

Robert Hur showed how this would have gone under Trump. A legal opinion is one thing, and a personal opinion is another. Hur overstepped in his report.

Republican special counsel finds nothing, decides to add pointless opinions for political purposes. Shameful, but what do you expect from conservatives these days.

This is a total Comey move. And Comey is a traitor.

It is absolutely unnecessary to add such personal opinions. DOJ should fire such people.

We can't prosecute but we will gladly throw shade when it's political.

Thank you Andrew and Neal for spotlighting the gratuitous nature of the report.

Such an obvious political hit job. Merrick Garland needs to practice his words, without fear or favor and do something about this special counsel.

So agree. Special Counsel made an entirely political comment and is out of order.

Justice Department added commentary to a report that should include only facts. Shame on them!

Thank you for providing insight here - MSNBC, and Mr. Weissman and Mr. Katyal - all BRAVO.

DoJ has to put a stop to this. Garland has to refer it to the IG. Rules are rules.
