Someone needs to go to The Snipers Roof and RECREATE Exactly what The Sniper could see. Sniper was at Least 3" Higher than the Roof he was on and The Shooter had to get up halfway (3' higher than the Roof he was on)and Turn toward the policeman that was Boosted up to see him!!! I DO NOT believe The Sniper Could Not See Him!!! It is Troubling this Sniper is FRIENDS with The Current Director of The SS!!!
