It tried ur second solution and when I restarted it, it was scanning some files and "fixing" word appeared on the screen. But now it happens everytime when I switch on my laptop and it takes more than 2 hours to start

Doesn't make sense because you are not able to do any of that if computer is stuck on the blue death screen
