Going to the gym (and commiting to it) has been the best decision I made in my life. 6 months and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. My only wish is to have done it sooner. Hope others will do the same, u won't regret it.

An ugly workout is the best feeling workout because you know that even if it didn't look nice you still put all your effort into it and I think that's what Patty is trying to convey through showing the failure points in each part of the workout, plus if you get this far Patty, I hope you have a great day and I really hope that anyone else who reads this comment has a great day and an amazing next workout, love you all!❤❤🎉🎉

Code Beef for ever! The struggle is hella real! Just started a meal plan to cut weight. 1 week down 5lbs down. But I’m craving everything. And tennis elbow slowly the chest gains. So close to 315. 😔. Had to stop at 295. Maybe next time. Thanks for all your videos and motivation. ☺️
