Actually Patrick, your reasoning is semi correct. It does take more energy to separate water than you get from burning HHO, however, the power needed to create that electricity is being generated and wasted by your motor anyways, because your alternator is always being turned. It's creating the excess power, that is just doing a whole lot of nothing. By using it to generate HHO, you're effectively making the entire process more efficient. Furthermore, you increase the gas milage of the vehicle

How would this HHO supplement with existing gasoline read on a wide band sensor, as in could you still use the air fuel ratio table as a guide line while adding HHO?

I have checked your web page and I can say your components
(connectors, hoses, bolts, washers..etc)  are very high quality,
the best I see in all u2b videos until today.
I have the same question of Кирилл К.
Why you do not connect all the cells (+, -.+, -, +, -....) ?
Additional, I like to ask you. 
- Most popular electrolyte is KOH, but any polar solvent can do the work, that  reduce the risk of KOH to the engine and forget the bubbler. You only need a trap for fire arrestor with relief valve for safety purposes.
- Using a polar solvent as elecrolyte, may be you do not need 316 L for plates, you can use copper and is more efficient. SS 316L does not have the best conductivity.
- Use of O-rings is very good idea because they are already done, low price, very precise and different materials (Viton, BUNA, neoprene, silicon).
- Nylon at the ends is also the best choice, acrylic and polycarbonate are for other uses.
- In hot weather like here, wider plates can work as heat sink. You do not have that option in wet cells.

What happens to the solution that goes into the hydrogen generator? I have seen the wet generators and the solution bubbles up, but how does this one works?

Hi mate, nice system very neat, most useful I've seen! I have acrylic, o-rings & about to cut up my stainless plate to start building my own. I'm just wondering how much yours are to deliver to Australia & if you can help as I'm a little unsure of the rest of the process & how much HHO I'll actually need. My car is a Chrysler 300C 6.1L SRT8, I'm about to get a cool air intake & possibly a DiabloSport Predator Flash Tuner which I suspect I'll need once the HHO is running anyway. Thx heaps! :)

Nice, but don't forget that it takes about 15, 000 liters of HHO to generate the equivalent of one gallon of gas. Thus any apparatus that makes a few liters per minute really don't produce much relative to what a car needs. If your car runs 25mpg at 65mph the energy equivalent consumption of HHO is (65/25)*15, 000/60 = 650 liters per minute. For example, in such case, a system making 6 liters per minute really makes less than 1% of what the car uses from the gas.

one question, when this device is used to run a vehicle, the vehicle(my motorbike)burns just hydrogen or it burn a mix of hydrogen and fuel?

i, m making a dry cell with 7 plates stainless steel 316L. im going to go with is this a good configuration to use? or should i go with +nn-nn+ ? could you give me some better configurations or has what i said good enough.

i'm also looking at what ways to control the o2 sensors ect...
i have looked at the volo chip but people say that it is so lightly tuned that u r lucky to get a lot of difference. apparently the company that make them dont want to take a chance on blowing peoples engines up. i have also looked at the o2 extenders but these make very little change or do not work at all, but the EFIE's seem to work the best but what type do i go for and are there any decent ones.

urina a parte, sai la dose in cucchiaini da caffè di bicarbonato che va in litri 1 di acqua? è meglio usare acqua di rubinetto o acqua distillata? nella mia cella ho il problema della formazione di ruggine, ma non so se dipende dal'acqua o dal tipo di acciaio delle piastre.se sai qualcosa fammi sap!

in this only 2 plates can get current from battery, but i saw one, all the plates carry current. why so.????
