How hard Is it for police to tell you why they stop you.

When police are held accountable, this type of treatment will stop, not before!

Just an FYI this is all for a drug box they dropped off at a house he came from. Miles didn't have anything to do it. Cops set up a drug drop on a front porch, every single cop here should of been charged

The drugs had been sent thru the mail so they tried to deliver to set up a sting. They thought that the man took the box off his porch when he was leaving but he didn't touch it. If I remember correctly they had the wrong address. They stopped him thinking he had the box of drugs. The officer ripped him out of the car but not before punching him multiple times and choking him while the officer on the passenger side was holding him and keeping him from getting out of the car. When they realized that the box of drugs was still on the porch instead of admitting their mistake they kept him in cuffs and did an illegal search of his car trying to find drugs or anything to justify the stop. They didn't find anything but still tried to justify the stop with some other charge. All this while the man had requested medical attention multiple times and was told that EMT's were coming in reality no one called them until sometime later. I've never seen so much abuse of power and basic human rights. Not only that but tried to either hide or manufacture evidence against an innocent man. If this isn't a million dollar lawsuit i don't know what is. I think the man ended up with a fractured jaw.

They punched an innocent man in the face, arrested him, and maliciously charged him with non-existent crimes.

A month ago an off duty officer from the same department shot a man whonwas trying to leave from a verbal altercation they were having. He murdered him. He was found guilty. This department is in absolute shambles.

3rd degree assault and battery is basically the same as spitting on someone or threatening violence. That's disgusting that he punched, choked and unlawfully arrested the man and gets away with a literal slap on the wrist and being told "he's a naughty boy" when if it was a civilian who did that, they'd have been charged with 1st degree assault and battery among other crimes.

All the cops who didn’t stop him should be charged with felonies too.. for not executing their authority as law enforcement officers especially if one of their own is breaking the laws he swore to uphold…

I hate when they say “I’m about to tell you” and don’t.

Sir I'm too stupid to know why I'm harassing you and violating your rights. I'm a state employed gestapo doing my duty.

3rd? You know what that means? Prosecutor should be charged too.

My heart breaks for that man. You can hear the total frustration in his voice and rightfully so

Every officer who witnessed it and did nothing, should be held accountable as co-conspiritors. They should go to prison and be ejected from the force.
