Aluminium Die Casting is a casting process whereby molten aluminium is injected at high pressure into a steel mould to achieve a specific shape

That is forge casting, it makes for a more rigid and more compacted solid aluminum structure that offers a stronger finishing material and lighter weight for the same size than die casting and then can be send off to cnc milling to finish to make for a one solid piece of material that has no joint or weld which means a much better durability under high pressure, crack resistant and less prone to cause catastrophic structural failure during damaged and offer better cooling as well on parts that involve with transferring heat due to the thinner and stronger material, like when a car rim ran into a deep pot hole at very high speed it usually results in a more localized damage that still allows you to be in control of the vehicle than just cracked the whole way around and sheared off the outter rim from the spokes itself which means you have no tire left to control your car ( i.e it is most use in high end brake calipers or rims ) but at the cost of longer production time and more expensive.
