#1. PERSONALITY TRAITS
If you have exceptional personality traits that make you stand out, mention them in your answer. Examples of great personality traits are:
- Someone who embraces change;
- Someone who supports and mentors others and acts selflessly when completing team tasks;
- Someone who is positive and takes the lead whenever challenges occur.
#2. ACHIEVEMENTS
If you have a track record of success, either in a previous job role or your personal life, talk about it in your answer. Examples of achievements include:
- Winning Employee of the Month;
- Helping a previous employer increase sales or improve customer service standards;
- Winning team sports events outside of work;
