For wet fabric glue:
• Rubber gloves
• A bowl of soapy water
• Sponge or soft brush
• Apron - to protect your clothes

For dry fabric glue:
• Rubber gloves
• Dry stain remover or acetone-based remover
• Cotton bud or sponge
• Apron - to protect your clothes
