I thought it would be fun to kick off my low spend year, by taking a look at how much I spend in a general week. I was very conscious of my low spend goals while filming, so I wanted to see how those goals translated in my spending habits for the week.

I’ve been anxious about my new goals too. I try to take it just one day at a time because thinking about 365 days is daunting. I completed the week with 4 no spend days. Good luck on your journey.

If there is a Wincos in your area, go there for your grocery shopping. Also, go to CVS and sign up for the Extra Care Card and you will get Extra Bucks that you can use for personal and household items. You will save a lot of $$$.

Congratulations 🎉 on your week!! Good job. I’m on a low spending for the year as well. I’m trying go only spend on food, gas, and my they household items. I have to remind myself daily of my purpose for cutting back and budgeting. My goal is to be done with my student loan by June this year.
