Just got a Vado 4.0 and my battery is stuck. I tried these steps exactly but to no awail. It just wont drop down. Oh well, to the shop we go.

I can't take the battery out😢. It isn't moving a millimeter while pressing the lever. Any recommendations?

Don’t understand why the battery is in the direct firing line of the all the water, mud and dirt coming off the front wheel. I have no such problem with my Gen 1 Vado

I got the Specialized Como 5.0 IGH
And it is a disaster to remove the battery.
Why does the upper side has a open space ? It has to be the bottum side to have something.
We cant pull on anything !!
I am terrified this latch lever will brake.
Please design something to make it easyer. And fire the person who made this idea.
The same with putting him back is a big disaster trying to add him on the hook
