Dutch Oven Cabbage-N-Sausage

I found a head of cabbage in my refrigerator that I needed to use. This seems to be a theme for me, have something that you have to use and use it! It turned out great!! Check out my other videos. Thank you for watching!
Ingredients:
1 Cabbage
1 Polish Sausage Ring
I added some red & yellow peppers for color
Season with salt & pepper, Seasoned salt, or Adobo seasoning
1/4 stick of butter
Water in the bottom of the pot
Simmer until cabbage is done. Watch that the water doesn't run dry.
My batch was like a nice soup, you could add a little less water. My rice soaked everything up nicely. I actually added 5 minute rice to the left overs and froze some for later.
