The ATF is not authorized by the US Constitution to make any law. This behavior by ATF is tyrannical and the persons responsible should be held accountable.

AG Merrick Garland used to be a federal judge. This was NOT a mistake. This was DOJ/ATF trying to pull a fast one.

Counting suicide as gun violence, and Counting 18, 19, and 20 year olds as children are pretty blatant lies too.

Cheveron Deference is gone. There is no reason that all of the ATF'S "rules" aren't all moot. All of their rules that aren't laws are unconstitutional.

Gosh, when will SCOTUS abolish an agency almost solely devoted to infringing on a constitutional right?

So they lied under oath? I bet they won't be held accountable.

"It doesn't matter what rights you have under the Constitution of the United States, if the government can punish you for exercising those rights. And it doesn't matter what limits the Constitution puts on governments officials' use of power, if they can exceed those limits without any adverse consequences."

They got caught?? Anyone going to prison--losing their job? No? Well they did not get caught at much. I long for the day when these gaffes sent the miscreants to prison on the spot.

RULES ARE NOT LAW. Why are they allowed to make up these rules? And enforce them as though they were law.?

This should be clear that the ATF is not trust worthy to the courts 😂

Elizabeth Prelogar should be sanctioned for this and removed from her position as Solicitor General.

So will any of them ever be held accountable? Nothing will change until these criminals stop having immunity for their illegal acts.

"Any law repugnant to the Constitution is void." - Marbury vs. Madison (1803)

Now *_WHEN_* are they finally going to *_UPHOLD_* that ruling?

At least they didn't accuse a judge of facilitating murder on a train like the Illinois AG office did.

Remind me, how exactly did they run NICS checks in 1790? Really, how?
