I'm pretty sure it was not "Live". It has to be pre recorded for multiple reasons.
1. Mousey can't dance. She was bedridden a long time and she only starting to regain her mobility. So it was someone else dancing for her.
2. It will be very difficult to incorporate Mousey stream to all venue screens and her tablet at the same time with ability to switch screens as we seen.

There's a ton of vtubers concerts like the agency Hololive does a lot of massive concerts and Nijisanji too, or just like specific vtubers of Hololive and I'm sure there's many others too. She was dope after for sure 👌🏽
