I feel the same pain and anger, having experienced exactly the same situation of not being able to get hold of a live agent. It went in circles. Very frustrated!!!

Even you file a claim, good luck with them approving it. They'll make you wait thirty days (the maximum amount of time most states require for a response). Then they'll tell you that it was on private property, and the cart was company property and you should file under the company's liability insurance.
