Something like that happened to me . A guy hit my car and try to run but I chase him and got his plate. So clearly was a hit and run and somehow what I said on the phone call statement it go turn against me .bs

Geico paid me less then my car was worth and stated it was total loss. For hail damage hardly seen. I had comp. Ins. Coverage and I want my full payment

Geico failed to pay my claim after their customer rear ended me last year. I'm still battling this. Bad faith insurance company for sure.

Hello this is Noah, I've been in a head on collision we're the other car went into my lane and hit me head on i broke my left leg and left arm I have plates in my arm and a metal rod in my leg I've already filed the police report I was driving my parents car I live with them and I'm 21 the other person insurance was Geico and he had liability insurance they said they will only send me 25k and they said they might send it to the hospital instead of me. So what I'm say is I got hit and now I got no money and now I have bills and they might not even at least send the little 25k to me instead send it to the hospital I'm very lost please help

The insurance adjuster’s were acting like Lord’s, these guys have deals with the repair shops, your puff oxygen sensor might cost 60 dollars the repair company would claim 890 dollars and the Lord adjuster approves it, your premium goes up, these lord leaches are every where
