Ugh this list is fantastic. I do not really read much just some articles. These books seem so interesting and exciting and I have finally got to a place in my life that is destressed and ready to embark on a whole new journey. I wanted a good book list to start with and here it is. Thank you thank you Ralph. This made my week.

Thank you Ralph. You nailed it Ralph - Know Thyself. However here are some of the books - Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Bhagwad Gita, Vedanta, Upanishads, Advaita philosophy by Sri Adi Shankaracharya, Dvaita philosophy by Sri Ramanujacharya, Arthasastra by Chanakya, Autobiography of a Yogi, Ramana Talks, Books by Neem Karoli Baba, Works of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Complete works by Swami Vivekananda are Indian scriptures/literature that describes technique to transcend the mind and body. Believe it or not, Western Psychology is all about Mind. Eastern Psychology is all about SELF. You get plethora of books that deals with the mind and some transcends the realm of mind.

I didn’t get to read the entire book but one of the books mentioned when I read some of it put me in a meditational state. Like I straight saw what I was reading with my minds eye. That hasn’t happened to me since like 4th grade. It wasn’t my own book, I was at a respite and it was definitely around the time you posted this video. Thanks Ralph. As a kid I didn’t like eating meat but I barely ate because of that. Not so healthy but I didn’t have control what my parent would buy or how frequently. I’m thankful to be alive today though. 💚🙏🏼😌

I really appreciate the work you do. Your videos are helping me to unpack my own trauma and maladaptive patterns. I'm reading "The Body Keeps the Score" about the somatic experience of PTSD.

The most important book for me is also "The Power of Now" from Eckhart Tolle. Can read it again and again. I also love the course in miracles.
