I live in Mexico now, so my new PC came with Windows in Spanish. Nothing I do gets Chrome (the browser, not webpages shown by the browser) in English. The official Google instructions just make Chrome lie to me: now it literally tells me that it's using English... in Spanish. ("inglés: El UI de Google Chrome se muestra en este idioma"). I moved English to the top; didn't work. I opened the three dots and ticked (the Spanish equivalent of) "Show Google Chrome's UI in this language"; didn't work. I even completely removed Spanish and all other languages from the list; didn't work. (And yes, I have restarted Chrome, and Windows, multiple times.) Now I'm trawling the internet, Youtube etc and still nothing works.
If anyone knows how to really change Chrome's language, any tips would be much appreciated.
