I personally use the Brotherhood of Steel's secret bunker. It has beds, lockers, workbenches, and reload stations. Also free power armor to grab anytime. It's convenient.

My heart belongs to novac. Easy to travel to, you don't have to look at more than one loading screen if you want to enter your room, there's a merchant outside + the scrapyard, the place is quiet and mostly empty, no annoying people talking to you as you pass by.
And you even get a teddy bear.
Tho I often just go for nomadic style and put the junk I would normally store on my companion/s. Shoutout to rex for carrying the stolen power armors for me.
