Note from The Maitrix: My first post of this got taken down because the video was too long to use the music in Shorts. I trimmed out a few scenes, so here's the revised 60 second version, also featuring the original Cheers theme!

It’s been over 40 years since Cheers first welcomed us into Boston’s most beloved bar, where “everybody knows your name.” 🍻 But what happened to the stars after last call? From sitcom stardom to Pixar voices, Broadway, and even environmental activism, here’s what Ted Danson, Shelley Long, Rhea Perlman, George Wendt, and John Ratzenberger have been up to since leaving the barstools behind.
Ted Danson (Sam Malone)
• From bartender to the afterlife, Ted starred as Michael in The Good Place and played serious roles in CSI while also popping up as himself on Curb Your Enthusiasm.
• He led the sitcom Becker, became an environmental activist, and married actress Mary Steenburgen.
Shelley Long (Diane Chambers)
• After Cheers, Shelley played Carol Brady in The Brady Bunch Movie and starred in Troop Beverly Hills.
• She returned to sitcoms with guest roles in Modern Family and indie films while keeping a lower profile.
Rhea Perlman (Carla Tortelli)
• Rhea played Mrs. Wormwood in Matilda and starred in several sitcoms like Pearl and Kirstie.
• She wrote a children’s book series, voiced characters in Pixar films, and split amicably from Danny DeVito after 30+ years.
George Wendt (Norm Peterson)
• Always a comedy legend, George guest-starred in Seinfeld, Columbo, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch, while also appearing in beer commercials and Fargo.
• He’s a huge Chicago sports fan, performed on Broadway in Hairspray, and still embraces his Norm persona.
John Ratzenberger (Cliff Clavin)
• Pixar’s lucky charm, John voiced Hamm (Toy Story), Mack (Cars), and the Abominable Snowman (Monsters, Inc.).
• He also hosted Made in America, guest-starred as a mailman on Frasier, and even holds a real-life patent for an aviation tool.
