She is such a well educated and well spoken woman and I am so glad she followed through and won her lawsuit! Him trying to say that he didnt recognize her contract as "exclusive" yet advertized in the magazine that he signed exclusive contracts was honestly the final nail in the coffin. Her lawyer said it was an exclusively binding contract yet this sleeze ball was trying to call it anything BUT. Naw, his end broke the agreement, she had everything she needed and her requesting roughly 5k is about what he truly did owe her! Ive never heard of her but she has the brains and the calmness to be running the world ❤️

I feel like Sin City signed the 3 women in order to prevent them from working for other Production Companies. Like when a major studio buys the rights to a film which is similar to one they want to release. They buy it to "shelve", thus preventing competitors from benefiting from it. I'm glad she won, as I think this was standard practice back then. Only, most of the women didn't bother fighting back.

"We feel it's not our job to track a star down .." is a VERY poor choice of words because it leads one to believe that she was to be at their beck and call when THEY decided to "need" her and keeps her on a short leash. That smacks of exclusivity which pretty much makes the plaintiff's point 😆!!! I don't think the defendant even realized that because he made that statement several times as if it means the opposite.
Typically, when actors are signed to a contract for a specific number of "projects", usually those projects are already underway. "Going in a different direction" does not negate the contract.
