I could just sit down in a coffee shop and knit for hours on end, honestly.”

Other must-have include a pride flag inspired swim shammy (“it’s really important as an out athlete for me to be visible”), his Team GB water bottle (“you’ve got to stay hydrated”) and a baby pacifier (“turn any corner in my house and there will be a dummy on the floor”).
