sir i've grade 3 Bilateral varicocele(left testicle), but doctor said no need of surgery/treatment as i've less pain( pain comes only when I sit long hours for study). he only suggested precautions, and in ultrasound there's no abnormality in testicles, so it's right or i've to go for treatment and can it affect in future.
