It's been 1 month and 11 days since I had the surgery. I have slight minor pain around the groin area, and warm and sort of very minor burning sensation all over the groin, but nothing serious. It gives me discomfort once in a while, probably because I think about it and keep my mind there. Doctors told me it's because of the cold weather, the healing of the place might take longer, and little pain might spread here and there, but it's normal.

I'm 26 and just a bilateral varicolectomy (grade three left and grade one right side) yesterday. Feel soreness in the two incision points and some in my back. My sleep hasn't been well but I have some other sleep related issues. I work security so I was able to return to work today but sitting more often and doing more rounds using the elevator as opposed to the stairs. I have a low sperm count and am trying to conceive a child so I had this procedure done. I have a follow up appointment in one month and also another semen analysis in I believe three months. It was a very simple process but I haven't had surgery in a while so I can tell you to absolutely stay away from alcohol, get good rest leading up, and just be calm during it. If your job is strenuous I advise taking a week off

Guys i did this surgery 3 months ago! After 3 months i can tell you that I’m feeling soooo bad! My left testicle feels sooo bad, before surgery wasn’t that bad but now after i did it I’m feeling sooo bad it hurts me soo badly i can’t even walk properly…. The veins are still there! And by the way I’ve done the surgery to a private hospital where i paid a lot of money! Before you have this surgery think 2 times!

Hello, doctor, is there a way to completely remove varicocele? If it disappears completely? I want to go to the gym and do heavy work. I also have varicocele and it is a problem for me. After 11 months I don't have any pain nor I have the veins but I can lift also but when ever I try to run pain starts for a few days and subsides when will it go as I'm getting frustrated because of this if any body has any idea please share

I had surgery 2 months ago there is severe pain in my left side

I feel vein stratching with pain upper side of left scrotum when you touch. Seat and walk there is pain

I meet 2 different kinds of urologist they said l have to do operation cuz l had some burning feeling and some pain on left side

Found out l had 1 grade after operation doctors were not proffesional

Keep in mind and ask video of surgery they did cuz when my doctor showed my video he cut 3 veins only 1 was varicocele other 2 was not then l asked why you cut fresh new veins doctor said l did not wanted them to be varicocele again which was stupid that he cut fresh veins

Now he is refusing to give video and he keep saying operation was good

Now l am going every week to different doctors

1 Pain doctor
2 Rehebalation doctor
3 Inflamation doctor
4 Urologist

None of them know what is the problem and why there is pain

I say no to surgery unless you are dying do not get fulled by doctors do not be an experiment for them
