Thank you, there are so many people overrating him now. People are even saying that he's stronger than absolute beats like Yamato or Sanji. Luffy ain't trying yet, let's see if Lucci can actually land a hit before calling him Admiral level or something crazy lmao.

Rob Lucci got fucking dog walked, Luffy wasn’t even trying. There’s literally panels of him laughing, his eyes popping out of his skull, and just toying with him in general the whole time. He was not giving any effort, Rob Lucci was putting out his all, that’s what it’s like to fight the endgame main protagonist

My guess, based on not enough analysis, is that Lucci is going to be basically 1st Commander level, which seems necessary to even properly skirmish with Luffy like he is. However at lowest 3rd Commander, at highest 1st Commander.

So basically, unless you have a Yonko or admiral with you, your not stopping him or only equaling him. This suits his strength level when we first saw him in the 1st half of the grandline, where unless you were a Supernova or Warlord you weren't stopping him or equaling him. Supernova and Warlords being the pinnacle of power in the paradise section of the grand line, whereas in the New World its Yonko, Admirals and top Commander level Pirates.

Also as the personal guard to Celestials it makes sense he would need to be at least this strong. If anyone beats him and gets to the Celestials THEN Admirals are called.

Rob Lucci is definitely Yonko Commander level since Zoro himself had trouble going against him until he used King of Hell, so in that case Lucci might be on the same level as King in terms of power
