for regular titans, if you don’t separate the regeneration part from the rest of the body, the cut will simply regenerate again. this is seen when sasha cuts a titan’s neck with an axe and it just regenerates

The reason they dual wield is cause of the omni gear you'll always have both hands on the trigger to use the gear so technically there just holding triggers attached to swords which they can also release

The reason it needs to be a chunk and not just one slash is because they need to cut out a decent chunk of spine so it cant reconnect and heal

Some titans shifters can change their nervous systems to diff positions and also bcz u have ODM gear the force makes it easier to slice with 2 blades

This happens because in the anime they use a different type of steel which is very light and easy to handle

Regular titans dont have people in their neck.. they need to cut out a chunk in their neck to stop them from regenerating themselves, if they dont then it will just regenerate. Its just titan shifters who has their body physically inside the neck of their titan.

They don't only swimg them, the velocity of the odm gear does almost all the work

That is true, but at the same time, the hilts of the blades serve as controls for ODM gear aswell

1: You used a floppy pool noodle compared to not floppy skin and muscle.

2: Normal Titans will regenerate a slice, there isn’t a person inside their napes that they kill. That weakness is due to where titanshifters typically are when they shift.

3: Their blades are light and sharp enough to slice with ease.

4: They are specially trained soldiers to kill the big boys.

5: They need both hands able to move independently for their gear.

Umm no maybe for a shifter but titans are not trapped underneath the neck the people before hand are the titan itself you have to cut the regeneration part

if there is only one big slice then the titan will regenerate due to wound closing but if you use two swords you can slice big chunks off of the titan so the wound wouldn’t close as fast
