Alfie!!! Eat local honey, it helps with hay fever because local honey is produced by local bees who use local pollen. Injesting the honey will make your body used to the pollen.

Just a quick warning, the pollen parts of the flowers that you bought Zoe are known to be poisonous for cats, not sure if it would be the same with dogs, but perhaps cut them out just to be safe?

I have been extremely depressed and seeing this vlog on my timeline, makes me feel slightly better. I love to see people I care about be genuinely happy and enjoy life to its fullest. I hope to achieve that one day, but lately that seems impossible.

Alfie - it's best to take the tablets everyday for a couple of months (before the bad season starts) and continue throughout to get an immunity in your system against it. Taking a tablet randomly helps a little but much better if you build it up taking it daily 👍 I pretty much take it all year round but I'm pregnant so can't this summer 😫🤧
