It's crazy to think that they had to stick the telescope a million miles from earth, with the earth shielding it from the sun. Otherwise it would be too hot to see the background infrared radiation. I so hope this mission succeeds. It's a BFD.

The 'canned gas' is about positioning the device and 'not' replenishment for repair vehicles? Traveling debris (extra planetary) to damage Webb? That's what the "canned gas" is for? . . . damage avoidance besides scientific demands for positioning?
