Love this so much! I'd love to see more videos like this. So many Americans don't have access to fresh produce, so it's refreshing to see that with a little creativity you can still eat plant based!

Most bodegas in NYC now carry assorted fresh fruit and limited vegetables. It's an initiative of the City that began before COVID hit.

Your tostada is way more creative than anything I would make even from a regular grocery store. Love it!

I love how you used premium spices and oil to season your bodega ingredients, haha. You should do a video like this where you only buy/use ingredients from the Dollar Tree or any other type of dollar store.

Also, you should have made a banana nice cream float with that Coke you bought.

A lil coconut oil, with the coconut palm sugar some cinnamon on the pineapple and bananas in the broiler with a lil pineapple juice would of carmelized nicely to pour over the rice and milk. Bodegas usually have dry goods like a small bag of rice so we might be able to get a better rice than that ready made stuff. Thats a creative challenge!
