I think you neglected the fact that Freddy Fazbear being a deployed is funny because he a robot with some strength given with that fact and that being a robot not held down by human weaknesses the humor comes from the fact that the deployment of Freddy fazbear would be somewhat tactically viable.

What I personally love about this meme is that according to the Twisted Ones, Freddy Fazbear is capable of warfare. So deploying Freddy as a special unit could've be a legitimate strategy to gain the upper hand.

That last note was really powerful. It's crazy that we were casually at war for so long that it just became a fact of life. The memes we make now would've looked like propaganda to people in the 70's (if they had any idea wtf they were looking at). I wonder if this was an intentional effect orchestrated by "The Man, " as they called it in the 70's, or just classic chaotic meme coincidence.

I think the humor comes from the sheer absurdity of not only the concept itself but also the picture of Freddy hanging from a helicopter going to war
The juxtaposition of something made for kids with something as horrific as war and the absurdity of the military deploying an animatronic as if it was a weapon of mass destruction and everyone running away in fear from it makes it hilarious

This is just fuelling the idea that I had before when learning about FNAF lore, that if the US government or some corporation learned that they can create what are essentially super soldiers by building robots and fuelling them with the vengeful spirits of dead children, they'd be mass producing that shit.
