Here's what happened during my rematch battle against Cynthia in Platinum on March 31, 2018.

My team consisted of Empoleon, Staraptor, Roserade, Medicham, Glaceon, and Magmortar. All were Level 73, except for Empoleon and Magmortar who were Level 74 (both gained a level during that Elite Four run).

I opened with Empoleon against Cynthia's Spiritomb. He almost beat it with a Hydro Cannon, but it survived in red health. While Empoleon was forced to recharge, Cynthia used a Full Restore. Empoleon was easily able to tank Spiritomb's hits due to being part Steel type. It then downed it with two Surfs.

I switched to Glaceon against Garchomp. She did more than half of Glaceon's health with an Earthquake. But luckily, Glaceon hit with Blizzard to one shot Garchomp.

I used Medicham against her Lucario. Lucario did quite a bit of damage, but Medicham hit harder with her (my Medicham is female) huge Attack stat (doubled by Pure Power) to beat Lucario with one super effective Brick Break.

I kept Medicham in against Togekiss. Medicham took out about half of its health with a Thunder Punch. I tried to used Psychic to intentionally weak attack it, but it did more than I thought it would. Togekiss defeated my Medicham that turn. After I sent out my Magmortar, Cynthia used another Full Restore. However, Magmortar was able to take it down with a couple of Thunderbolts.

When Milotic came out, I decided to keep Magmortar out too. A Thunderbolt did more than half of Milotic's health. Surprisingly, it didn't try to KO me with Surf or Mirror Coat. It instead used Aqua Ring. The HP restoration didn't prevent me from being able to finish it off with another Thunderbolt.

Last was Roserade. With Magmortar pulling so much weight through this battle, he utterly incinerated Roserade with a single Overheat to win the battle.

Abomasnow is very underrated and it proved to be a vital member of my team after I caught it as a Snover on Route 216 its Male and it is a useful Pokemon I recommend training one.
