As the Anabolic Doc, since 2003, I’ve provided men who are using or have used anabolic steroids a confidential, ethical and professional medical venue to discuss their use. I do NOT in any way support the use of any performance enhancing drugs - PEDs, anabolic steroid or other medicine for muscle building or body transformation. The “off-label” use of PEDs, as such agents is considered illicit and may lead to adverse health outcomes. Please consult an expert health professional regarding any medical agent and do NOT use any medicine without the explicit advice and supervision of an appropriate medical expert.

This video is for education and information only. This is not medical advice. Only take medications as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take illegal substances. Taking steroids can lead to serious health consequences.

Steroids have been a game-changer in my fitness routine, providing the extra edge I needed to advance more rapidly. When used with careful planning and consideration for overall health, they can be a powerful tool for anyone serious about reaching their peak potential.

53 and been pumping iron since I was 16. My body literally felt like it was breaking down. Joint paint, stiffness and general weakness until 3 weeks ago I got on 125mg test enantate every 4 days. I'm back to feeling amazing. Blood work showed low test, hence the course.

I’m 49 I’ve been using gear 1 year. I started using testosterone last august 2023 I was underweight and never worked out in my life. Now I’m 88kg, gained 22kg, and I’m now ripped. I love my life, and train 6 days a week. Thanks for this.

I bought some Sustanon 450 and have been taking 1/2 a CC a week. I went to do my double red blood donation yesterday and both my hematocrit and blood pressure were great (albeit on the high side of normal). I'm always tempted to do more but now I'm thinking, "Why?" I feel great, I'm still strong and have lots of energy for 53. I don't drink, smoke, do any other drugs, eat a really clean diet, and make sleep a priority. For me, there doesn't seem to be any upside to doing more.

I'm 68 and have been on TRT since my early 40s. I continue to add deca every few weeks which eliminates my joint pain. Although I've done full cycles in my younger days, I wouldn't do a full cycle now, because there's no reason to. The TRT and occasional deca work just fine for me.

I'm going on 37 and I have suffered greatly severe since the first dose. About 2 weeks after starting the very first thing I noticed was my memory was SIGNIFICANTLY better then on top of that about 3 weeks in my libedo went through the roof then the weight gain i gained about 15lbs of fat free mass and looked significantly better. Who wants a better brain better sex and look better, not me.

Doc thanks for keeping my urge to restart TRT at bay. I was on TRT for a few years (at 50ish) and absolutely loved it. Mostly because of how I looked and how strong it made me. Problem is I had/have all the underlying issues that TRT exacerbates like the hypertension, bad blood work markers, family history of heart disease etc. My TRT clinic kept telling me all was fine but your videos were telling me otherwise. I quit a few year ago and I feel different now. Outside I look and am weak like a 60 year old man (cus I am). But inside I feel better and don’t have the anxiety that I’m shortening my lifespan with a drug/hormone.I’ve come very close to getting back on a few times but when I get the urge I go back and watch your warning videos and come back to my senses. I want to thank you for promoting common sense and providing this valuable educational info.

You have a golden opportunity to publish some case studies! My hypothesis: in steroid naive men over 60, even a couple of cycles would trigger a significant proliferation of myonuclei. These enduring myonuclei will, adjusted for activity level, help to counteract sarcopenia into old age, and you will also see fewer falls and fractures. Short-term effects like mental acuity scores would be fascinating enough (and don't require biobsies; the clinical evidence for testosterone improving "brain fog" and memory is ambiguous, but there's a ton of anecdotal evidence. The world needs better data!

This is me! I’ve been on TRT for about eight years at about 150 mg per week. I am 57 years old and I’ve worked out all my life and have never taken any steroids. Now I’m thinking of running some Proviron, 25mg 2x/day and some Primo, 250mg 2x/week to see what it does with the TRT. I live in Scottsdale Arizona and I’m competing with a lot of other guys my age for Hotties. It’s about time, WTH!

I’m 48 and I always wanted to be one of the stronger guys in the gym but I never wanted to mess with the stuff because I am interested in longevity. The fact is being skinny is what leads to a long life so my goal is to be strong for my weight and stay light. I have no health issues and I don’t even feel the need for any TRT because I have good energy. I can appreciate hearing all this, knowing I’ve made the right decision to stay natural and healthy. Life of me how a man my age would want to use steroids and cut their life short. I may not be able to post a 400 pound bench press. But at 190 pounds I can just about get up 300 and I think that’s darn good for being natural at 48 years old.

Best thing to do is low dose and work your arse of like old school lifters today there lazy and just inject more drugs but taking short cuts may get you what you want but come at a cost and sometimes that cost is your health and life

I did my first, and last, test-only cycle at 43 (10 weeks, 500mg per, test cyp). BP was slightly elevated (mid 130/70) and got pretty bad cystic back acne, but experienced no other side effects. I went into it as a one-time only and it stayed that way...it was an itch that I had to scratch.
