Some Alt Shotgun 'One Shots' [ULTRAKILL]

Guttertanks can be killed using the same method as the Guttermen.

I did some testing after the recent nerfs to the Jackhammer (alt shotgun):
- Sentry now needs a Knuckleblaster punch as well for the one-shot. Alternatively, you can pump the Green Jackhammer once
- Guttermen need a second Kunckleblaster punch. This can be snuck in when landing the Jackhammer hit
