for the third one you can actually just do the first 3 and go from the hole in the ceiling of the room

1:06 You can go through the moment with the skull, then go activate the first sphere and go the easy way to press the button

Fun fact!: If the timing is too hard in the skull area, you can activate the 1st orb, go back up the other way (the other door high up) and quickly enter through to the 3rd one!
