But what if when it trying to press one of the options the arrow is constantly moving up and down by its self & it doesn't let u select option when pressing volume up or down button? I have a serrano except it has a 556 number meaning wifi only what do I need to do to get a phone number that can make calls is there a process in settings that will dump the 556 number so I can make calls

I had this phone, It's an okay phone, and the performance on my hot pepper serrano phone is so lackluster, And I would not recommend any single person to go and buy this phone anymore, because it's already unsupported with software, It is already kinda Outdated
