Batch Painting - Some Tips and Musings (Chaos Space Marines / Emperor's Children)

This week, I delve back into batch painting - with some fresh tips I've picked up/developed. I'll be working mostly on some Emperor's Children, to provide illustration of this.

This was super usefu, thanksl! I'm working on a CSM scheme and was considering doing the armour colour scheme via an airbrush first and the trim after and I was beginning to think I was going mad for even considering it. This really helped me decide that this is the way to go. Great vid and minis also!

The algorithm must know I just started painting Emp's Children 😉

I personally chose to prime black and fill in between the trim but I'm going for the classic black and pink scheme, so it made a lot less work with a glossy black prime. Might have to do a couple in your lovely pink though!

Probably just me but the skin on the one with the exposed head stole the show. Can't put my finger on why but loved it!

Mate another fantastic video, have learnt a lot from your videos, they are always greatly appreciated and watched regularly. That purple is just perfect for the EC, trying a squad now and find it frustrating to get a good mix of garish but still elegant. I would respectfully ask what secret jedi ninja tricks you employed colour wise for these? Thank you again for your work

For those who have problem with trim, look into metallic sharpies, they somehow actually work
