The corrosion issues with the connector cable in the hybrid vehicles is a major concern. I am hoping this is completely fixed in 2024, or it's not hybrid RAV for me.

Toyota already did a mid-cycle refresh on the Rav4 for 2022/2023 with the headlight, infotainment and digital IP updates, so I doubt that there will be more updates to the current gen. Industry speculation has been saying for a while that there will be a complete redesign for 2025, likely introduced in Q4 2024. I recently placed a deposit on a Prime XSE, but given the long waiting lists, I don't expect to get one until after the redesign and that's fine with me. I suspect there will be significant upgrades in efficiency and EV range for the next gen.

I wish they would make a small change and remove the drooping lower corners of the front grille. I just can't deal with a car with a scowling face.

I am sad about them not redesigning it yet. Even Honda has changed their looks. The look is dated.

We love your channel, but lately your videos come across a bit deceiving, since the title is misleading. Also, you didn't actually get to your point until almost 4min into the video. Your past videos were not like that, and you always got to the point faster and we liked it that way. Please don't use this approach as we don't enjoy it this way.

if you see the "New Management Policy & Direction Announcement" released from Toyota this April, you'll see they're due for a BIG change in direction
- lots of electrification / new electric models
- plans to increase PHEV electric range to 200km thanks to 'new battery technology'
I think they are holding off on redesigning the RAV4 until they can include some of these changes. the next RAV4 prime will be a beast!

Thanks Marcello for that big update news on the 2024 RAV4 in terms of carry over, refresh or full model change! And I agree with you and am glad it isn't changing for 2024... I have the 1st year model change, 2019 RAV4 XSE fully loaded with Pano-roof & JBL sound system and just love it! I did order a new model back in August of last year and am still waiting on the 2023 version to arrive.

I was told it's on its way so should be here at my dealership shortly. I wouldn't be nearly as happy to find that the coming model year 2024, arriving later this Fall would be totally redesigned from my "new" 2023 model... so this is a sigh of relief!!

I'd like to see their latest Safety Sense 3.0 upgraded on the 2024 Rav 4's updated from the 2.5 version on the current 2023 RAV 4's. I guess we will have to wait until the 6th gen for that to happen.
